So if HJOE were to lose and the judge allows KBM to convert then the stock price is doomed no matter what the revenue is? I don't agree with that at all. What if the judge only allows KBM to convert the 43K and that's the only toxic loan left? Do you still think the stock price is doomed in that scenario?
