Absolutely incorrect! They are only authorized 20,000 in convertible preferred stock and they have issued less than 4,000.
The remainder of the 5,000,000 in authorized preferred stock (4,980,000) is not convertible.
Keep the "read the 10q" comments off of this board, this is the wrong board for that, especially when you haven't read the 10q properly.
