Check out the complaint. KBM is actually seeking 64.5K exclusive of late fees and interest. I simply cannot see how a sane judge would rule in favor of $2,000 per day and up to 140% interest against a defendant who KBM readily ADMITS is cash strapped. It goes against logic.
