Truthfully if it goes legal for medicinal nationwide you might as well call it recreational. It's so easy to get a license that if you wanted to smoke it you can, just not in public. That is where Colorado, Oregon, and other places will have their tourism appeal.
If it's nationwide, it will still produce a ton of jobs, banks will be able to associate with growers, transports, and the government can tax the hell out of it. It's a huge win and would be a great start of capital flowing in to small caps. I can see a dot com rush for MJ like it was for tech in 1995-2000.
