the S.P. DOWN DRAMTICALLY - - UNLESS - - the increased
share count is used to acquire a valuable and productive asset.


Sort of like thinking having an additional mortgage does not
really degrade your balance sheet if you bought a rental prop-
erty whose cash flow supports the mortgage.
