Volatility goes nuts and shares are hard to find. Especially for the shorts. Eventually they can load up as the company starts diluting again. Typical mismanaged bio begins diluting straight away after they RS to save themselves. Pulling a RS to uplist from the otc sometimes locks shorts out as shares are even harder to find as the herd is competing to soak up what little float there is. Until the hype wears off and exhaustion mode sets in. The option side isn't much different, especially for puts. A RS isn't always the wrong way to go. IF YOU HAVE THE MEAT!! Sooner or later the volatility does rock the boat no matter what.

No, I'm not a fan of RS's. I am a fan of seeing a stock grow and up list without the RS though. Following CTIX, INNV and OBMP just for that reason, to see if they can make it over time without it. Either way, the company needs to prove itself. We have the meat, we need a full board that can kick some ass and get the attention we need. Be ready NOW! Not on data and then work on meeting the other requirements. I think this is a big part of the reason we're being overlooked.
