No I wouldnt, and to tell you the truth I'm feeling pretty positive as to the outcome of the summary judgement. To put that forward hjoes attorney must feel pretty positive to the outcome otherwise I don't think they would of taken this route. These guys have to much experience to motion the court if they didn't think it would lead to a positive outcome
