Not Saying That This Is Not Undervalued. A Small (5:1) RS Would Have An Effect Of Increasing A/S To 25 Billion. R/S Time Usually Is More Like 1000:1, 10,000:1, 50,000:1, Not Normally Small. Been In These Splits. Only Got Even On One.
IMO Increasing A/S To 10 Billion Is More Practical While O/S Will Increase, If Done Gently, PPS May Revive, Decreasing Share Count Of Dilution Necessary For Litigation, Debt Reduction, And Expansion.
If PPS Increases To .001 Or Greater Many Who Recently Bought Or Added Can Profit While New Investors Enter A Profit Stream By Buying Your Shares Should You Quit Being Long.
After PPS Revival And Profitability For Longs Is Achieved, A R/S May Take This To Much Higher Levels If Properly Done.
