You investors will have to admit that it's abysmal that the most positive press release from PTOI's CEO, Mr. Heddle, so far this *year* was a press release anticipating another press release.
Mr. Heddle set the bar very, very low for himself...and then he failed to clear it.
Well, that's still better than 2015 when he sat on his hands for an entire year waiting for a newly formed LLC with no identifiable assets to purchase six processors for $2.5M each and for the two unidentified customers found by this vapor LLC to purchase thirty additional processors. Who could have foreseen that wouldn't work out??...yes, there's nothing fishy there at all!

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
