Ya if you know when the conversions have ended and you know there aren't anymore coming you certainly stand to make a ton of cash. I have no doubts that they all talk to each other and share info. I think asking for trading records during the normal discovery period would be argued by KBM that this request is out of scope, to burdensome and costly lol etc. but pretty sure hjoe lawyers would be on top of that if they see this going all the way
