Since someone asked me the question, here's the readers' digest version of my lengthy post below:

There are no options available on CTIX now. This is why the shorts are so anxious for a reverse split (which Leo said he would not do), and an immediate uplist to an exchange that DOES have options. They want it so they can make even more money pumping and dumping CTIX, the way they pumped and dumped AVXL after its reverse split and uplist.
