"Of course a shareholder would want KBM short right now.. If KBM is short now and the judge rules that HJOE can just pay cash and KBM doesn't get any shares then that's great news for shareholders. KBM will have to cover. And then when they file and show revenue all the other shorts will have to cover. You want there to be as many shorts as possible now so later they'll be a squeeze. The absolute best case scenario right now is if KBM is short a ton of shares. You guys have such a narrow view of everything and don't think of all the scenarios. To you, it's just toxic lender bad, hjoe good, me don't like anyone say different"
Well once again there's your opinion and then there's the truth. FYI there is only one entity who can short a stock that doesn't show up on the twice monthly short report and although they also have to report their daily short sales to FINA. They do not have to report their "short position" on the twice monthly short report. Of course not all the short sales reported daily are short sales since there are other reasons they can show up that way. Either way there is no chance of a "short squeeze" from KBM and all those you mention since there are very few shares of HJOE short.
