It could have been VFIN but I thought it was VNDM. They tend to act in unison so not much difference and I may have conjoined them when quickly looking. Either way- they werent there long but they are still injecting "doubt"wrt how many shares are available.
I still want some of those basic questions answered by Bill (primarily) or IR. They are pretty fundamental and core to the message they are trying to (alledgedly) long term shareholders. They have to treat communication different at this level. Act like a blue chip wrt to dealings, negotiations, filings, messaging, etc. But continue to communicate with investors under the premise that every move is suspect until you escape the OTC orbit.
