EDP-C

EDP-C stands for Exclusive Dealer Program with Consignment is a program where T-Mobile actually manages the inventory at your location. Products are supplied on a consignment basis. You can find more details on the program here.

EPP Simply Prepaid

EPP stands for Exclusive Prepaid Program and is for dealers who want to exclusively offer T-Mobile products. With this type of arrangement, you have to commit to only selling T-Mobile products in your store, however you receive extra merchandising help and even get exclusive handsets only offered to EPP dealers.
