OK, in a nutshell:
A lot of people are trying Otezla. Many experience bad headaches, nausea, diarrhea. Some quit the drug because of this but it's recommended that they persist in taking it, as the SE's tend to lessen or stop over time.
It's no wonder that people would be excited about a drug that works (possibly as well or better than Otezla) but with minimal to no side effects. There are a couple of these in the works. Reading those forum posts really puts a lot of this in perspective for me. While I'm extremely excited about the financial benefit this could bring to me personally, what it could do for patients is a wonderful thing.
