Very interesting. I had not thought of that angle. Being a person who believes in the standard of, 'follow the money', to determine what has or will happen, I can easily see the Pharma Industry putting a lot of political money behind the Schedule II classification.
I , of course would rather see the ATF have control, but, I do agree it is not likely.
So, that said, and knowing that the smaller companies which have been successful so far, will most likely get sucked into JV's and MMA's from the larger Pharma company's, I would venture to say that not being in the U.S. when that happens is a good thing for the company.
Us being outside of the U.S. when this happen will be a very good thing when it comes to building a huge infrastructure. We will not have the pressure that others will have to sell out.
Just a number of weeks before the decision is made. So, we will see at that time which way the wind will blow. GLTA JMO of course.
