On Tuesday, $GAHC filed a FORM 8-K stating that a material change concerning its auditors had been made. The Company dismissed Wei, Wei & Co. LLP, and engaged the auditing services of Anton & Chia, LLP.

Management indicated that the Company will now likely be able to file its financials shortly. This will bring the Company back to both "Current Filer" status with OTC Markets and compliant with the reporting requirements of the Securities & Exchange Commission.

Mr. Matthews concluded, "Making a change to a long-time auditor is never a decision taken lightly nor an easy process. While taking this route caused obvious disruption to a timely filing, we are happy to put this piece behind us, and move forward to bigger and better things.
