Good post Roger. That's exactly why Jerry was so happy about the Ca. bottler he hooked up with. You definitely want state of the art equipment and tech smarts to ensure that all of the regulatory requirements are consistently upheld at every stage of the process. We're on track. That water will come in handy for the doubting Thomas's to wash down their crow with! lol
