To me, with my limited legal knowledge
I would think that is a great sign for HJOE.They must have the goods on KBM to not want a jury. That saves overall time ,with not picking jury members. It also means they have all their materials/facts in order and ready to go. Jury helps,if you want to play on emotions and sway opinion vs a judge that wants concrete evidence. They must have a list of evidence as long as Santa's ,ready to show whose been naught and not nice!!!
