Let's be honest, there's really no sensible reason NOT to stay long at this point. The shares are virtually worthless. Selling off a few hundred thousand shares won't change anyone's life. It's a shame it came down to this but George Coates is one frustrating, stubborn, opaque, and detached individual when it comes to people (shareholders) like us who care about the company. Saying he'll drown out the shareholders is so idiotic that this board should not dignify it with a response.

If something significant were taking place behind the scenes, there would be no merit in keeping it from shareholders which means there is nothing going on. I'll stay long because I hope his determination will pay off at some point. Other than that, this thing is rock bottom.
