If they are going to tweet that they are making another shipment to Korea and will post photos and videos, then they most certainly do owe shareholders an update on that tweet. What if the tweet said they were about to ship 10 million shots and 9 months later you still haven't heard anymore about it? You would just shrug and say oh well, this publicly traded company doesn't owe shareholders an update as to whether or not those 10 million shots were ever shipped. Really??
