Locke, they have tweeted on more then one occasion that they were running another shipment, and it may have been two more. Let's remember, we do have pictures of the Cure Korea CEO with the product and we do have additional pictures from CK with the product displayed. I'm not too sure one shipment could fulfill all of these pictures and stories coming from Asia with one simple shipment. What we have to go on are the photos that provide evidence that the product is on hand. HJOE has been fairly adept at backing up their tweets with evidence and that includes the events, giveaways and pictures of dealers that they've signed up.
What they don't owe us is an explanation or step-by-step tutorial of how, when and why they are running to Asia. That is simply not part of anyone's business plan. They've been nice enough to clue us in on some of the happenings, but owe us no explanations, dates, times, or circumstances behind their business practices. We can either except it, or bitch about it. Either way, it'll get us nowhere.
I think we should be more interested in the direction HJOE will show us with the motions they file. It's quite obvious that they have the funds to deal with this issue and we all know this is not an inexpensive proposition they are undertaking. Let's just see what guidance we get from motions and the KBM response to motions at the end of the month. Perhaps this will settle your worries as a shareholder.
