i had it out with them awhile back and want no part of that corrupted site.
the uplist is a seperate event with respect to resubmission of form 10.
form 10 closure MUST occur first.
let's say that resubmission of form 10 occurs at the end of june
60 days out from submission is the end of august.
then one has to apply for the uplist which may take a few more weeks to close.
so say, mid september earliest.
if i was to do an uplist, i would want to include several good quarterly sales reports to hang in front of new investment firms.
that puts a more practical uplist near november's end to include 2 more quarters showing the blazing summer sales.
please keep in mind that the post you references is opinion and what i told loudog is just that.... something that i would prefer over jumping the gun or putting the cart before the horse.
