I'm with you and look forward to the civil suit. I would love to be a fly on the wall when those depositions are taken. Think of what could come out of discovery?
Will Mako be deposed and will we find out whose payroll he was on? Will we find out that our short is one of the big 5 investment banks a la Goldman Sachs or a huge hedge fund or insurance company? The possibilities are incredible and this is but the tip of the iceberg. You can be sure lots of meetings are going on behind closed doors among those who could end up being exposed and liable. Kudos to our law firm but even more importantly kudos to Leo for having the intestinal fortitude to go after these SOB's! Proud to be a shareholder.
