Agreed! The 8k is pre-merger and it does finalize the acquisition but what we really want to see is the TALK/UMS consolidated 2016 1st quarter 10-Q!! This Q will show us the light at the end of the tunnel... Meaning things should be back on the incline in the first Q of 2016 as it is a post-merger Q that will combine TALK and UMS operations. And then we are current too.

But we just need that 2015 pre-merger 8K done asap!
