Hi Bill. I should clarify that the guy's business partner had a personal family loss and issues that caused him to just throw in the towel and head out. There weren't problems directly between the two, and selling was just the best thing to do. Absolutely no disruption to the flow of distribution anyhow, M & S just took it over. The guy said we're now ready to work with the big boys that they talked to a year ago. Things are looking great. I can't wait to get my hands on a few cases of that water!
