GXR, shareholders did not vote each major dilution nor have they for the R/S. The company officers with approval of the board of directors made those decisions in what was believed to be in the best interest of the future of the company. Instead of increasing A/S another billion shares possible effecting a .001pps value the reverse split accomplishes the same thing increasing A/S 50% above the O/S. Shareholders will have less shares at probably .10 cents and their b/e point also goes up by 25X. If the company executes their business plan as they plan it is possible to rapidly grow the company which will benefit pps. There is no other choice if you have been here as long as most of the posters but to ride along and sing the song. I believe recovery news will make everyone happier at least by coming holiday season if not sooner.
