But where does Mako (and whomever is behind Mako) fit into all of this. That is where I feel justice needs to be served. It's been all about Rosen and the friviolous lawsuit.

Rosen (and his kind) are def. bottom feeding bloodsuckers but they are only half of the problem or less.


I suppose the AG and enforcement agencies will focus on them. Whatever happens it'll be interesting to watch. I hope management does decide to follow through to the furthest extent possible/reasonable.
