The reverse stock split, which the Company effected today, was approved by a vote of stockholders holding over 95% of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. BlueLinx’s trading symbol, BXC, will not change as a result of the reverse stock split; however, the Company’s common stock will begin trading under the new CUSIP number 09624H208.
