While this could be a fairly quick process before our judge, I still expect her to proceed carefully and document everything as well as in that superb order she issued. I caution everyone to NOT expect this to just take a few weeks.
Rosen will be prepared to appeal everything and they have every incentive to hire a competent attorney to defend THEM.
Be prepared to wait and then be pleasantly surprised when it takes less time or Rosen offers up a good settlement.
