I think that having Rosen purchase those shares (whatever the number) in the open market would help screw anyone still short the stock. Don't recall it being a million shares, though. Don't think this, by itself, is sufficient. And by the time the order were issued, the shorts would have covered. IMHO
However, would like to also see at least CTIX get the value of the lost market cap to pass on to (at least in part) the shareholders who were screwed by Rosen's filing. Some of those folks were scared off and no longer hold their shares. They should be tracked down and compensated. That's just my sense of fairness speaking.
Also need to expose the process these schmucks and their ilk follow, and make the standards for filing - or at least the penalties for false filing - much greater. Really want what Rosen knows provided to Sullivan and current prosecutors. They (Mike at least) have proven their professionalism. Let them take it from there.
