Using Galena as an example on the surface looks like a bad example to use. Sounds like they WERE GUILTY of pumping and dumping their stock which CTIX was NOT. STILL many legit companies out there get burn. With their success defending CTIX , Sullivan could expand their business to the wrongly attacked companies.
SIDE NOTE: If Rosen collected $20 million of Galena alone then I see no PROBLEM in Sullivan collecting BIG TIME for CTIX
