Timing the R/S is critical at this juncture. At sub penny r/s gets you what? However, a barrage of positive significant news prior to the r/s would be beneficial increasing the pps then enacting the split. If they can get the pps to say .04+ then we have a $1.00+ stock eligible for uplisting. So how can you get a pps rise ? How about announcements that indicate audits are completed, jump in revenue growth, new leadership, marketing plans, positive budget forecast ,lucrative deals like new developments such as NFL contracting with NTEK, 4K sales with Ultraflix figures, rejection of buyout offers, etc. Despite hurtful dilutions this stock should not be selling sub penny range. At this point of pending r/s, I would hope for push forward in the pps first. Maybe that's the plan we shall soon see.
