That is true. I will say that the most optimistic scenario is that some potential suitors and Leo already have had discussions and rough terms are on the table with the caveat of the phase 2 results coming through. That would be ideal to shorten the process since those suitors will have already had some time to start the review and approval steps. I won't hold my breath, but I will certainly daydream that this is case.
