March 31, 2016 / Experience Art & Design, Inc. (EXAD) has executed a Purchase Agreement to acquire a multi store dry cleaning services operation on the United States East Coast. The Closing is anticipated to be between May 31, 2016 and July 1, 2016 depending on the length of time to complete the audit.
