Even an A/S reduce to 200M with 80M O/S post R/S would be
a huge vote of confidence from NTEK.

But BennyB is right if they reduce all the way to
100M-120M A/S with 80M O/S after R/S then
something else is going on like they are planning
to get into a major partnership who would give
them FUNDING for future growth
without the need to dilute further.

I've always believed NTEK could make a deal
with a MAJOR STUDIO like PARAMOUNT to
share in more of the ongoing long term UF profits
in exchange for Major Upfront Funding non-dilutive
to fuel RAPID GROWTH>

Either way this is a good sign VERY BIG PLANS
are in play for 2nd half of 2016 setting the stage for
2017 as the major breakout year ULTRAFLIX
really shines with the addition of 4K+HDR + LIVE 4K
+ VR when DF gets back.
