I've been doing some verbal sparring today at a different location, simply to keep the KBM topic on and off balance for other posters. I sense a lot of verbal bravado and self-assurance from this one poster. I believe it's more fear than anything. Most of the posts I've read seem to indicate that this individual has some sort of inside information as to the outcome of this case, simply by examining the past. We know this to a risky ideology when dealing with court.
I think what we've done here is to successfully present an opposing viewpoint based upon the recent cases and their results. I also think this is increasing the hubris from other posters who are afraid of the possibilities should HJOE come out on top and the loan sharking come crashing down.
The closer this gets to trial, should it make it that far, the more self-sure the opposition will be. I believe that's their fear speaking. We've done a good job at piercing their confidence and injecting uncertainty. Hopefully it continues until we, and HJOE, put the dogs down.
