Not trying to appease anyone here or calm nerves which is not necessary when one is 'investing' but as I've been told by two different CEOs when I've questioned why take an NT delay, there are legitimate reasons leaders do this: anything can happen even hours or days within filing to have them add something in the "Subsequent Events" portion of a quarterly filing... also this or other things could save them funds so they wait till the last opportunity allowed. And btw as I've seen since this is OTC, and especially with a pink sheet, even if a company doesn't file at the fifth day after a Q's NT... and after it goes 'delinquent'... it can come back to being 'current' so yes they have time to straighten things out.
I'm looking forward to our Quarterly which should have that $109k in revenue... and believe whether it's financial information, share structure, Board changes or whatever else beyond those revs... it would be the kind of info that could be reported in this filing under "Subsequent Events" if they took place after April 30th... so anything is possible but in terms of funding whether loan, revs, sales, etc... TPAC would have had to actually receive monies in order to report that in "Subsequent Events".
Amazingly fast how we're almost at the mid-point of the year already... easy, at least for me, to hold and wait for developments... Rome wasn't built in a day or a year... this is the face of 'investing' and I have to ignore the day-to-day activity that goes along with being on OTC, keeping a long term view in perspective with this one.
While haven't been able to post here much, been reading some so thanks to all who've kept it at least 'entertaining'...
