Does anyone know if a partnership would occur, does the larger company usually try to take a certain stake of stock before announcing, how often or rarely does that occur?

P.s. I think the Bashers are boring themselves, for the 200th time they bring up reverse split, if it's so good why not do a 1:100 or 1: 1000 split? Lol
