Maybe Bill doesn't have total control over $TPAC anymore (read: IR) and the Q had to be reviewed before being filed. Yes, it should be reviewed regardless, but this is the first Q with IR in the mix. Bill may have spoken when he shouldn't have.
I don't think the SLA or the LAs have anything to do with the extension. They were signed in the current quarter, not in the quarter that ended April 30, the quarter that this 10-Q is for.
