Perhaps items of the sanctions could include:
1. directive for Rosen, Kim and Zagami to pay all CTIX legal expenses for defending the suit
2. directive for them to pay damages equal to the drop in market cap subsequent to their filing the supposed shareholder's suit and the costs of distributing an equitable share of the amounts to shareholders at that time
3. directive for them to pay punitive damages to CTIX as a multiple of the drop in market cap
4. disbarrment of Rosen, Kim and the other schmuck, or at least preventing them from ever practicing before that Federal District court
5. Order that they provide all information on their collaborators.
These might be appealed, unless Rosen et al can come up with the scratch to settle
