If they don't, I believe they will lose their Pink Current Info status on the OTC. The key is whether or not the $100K order from March will be in the 10-Q. If not, then someone has some major 'splainin' to do as $TPAC will then be relegated to the ranks of "stinky pinkies" and Bill will be relegated to the rank of "crook." I really don't think things will go this far, though. Let's wait and see what happens next Monday. I think things will be "all good."
