The Judicial attitude toward toxic lenders is pro borrower.
State of NE just reached a settlement between Ne Dept. of Banking and Finance and Western Sky, Cash Call and other related parties. All loans issued since 2011 (Approx. 2500 loans) Have been recalculate at 16% and refunds ($980,000) are CURRENTLY being sent to borrowers for over payment AND all credit agencies reporting has to be updated and correct by defendants !!! Also all open unpaid loans are being cancelled.
LOL, No wrong doing admitted in settlement !!!
