I am not crazy about any reverse split however at this point it is what it is. I can only hope management provides us with detailed and complete explanation why it was necessary and how it will dramatically improve the company and shareholders by resulting in this course of action. There has to be a super good reason to do a R/S at these levels that benefits the company. Obviously building the pps would help to lessen the impact if the goal is to promptly be uplisted. After three years of being a committed cheerleader I am looking forward to the breakout phase of the company's growth.
