That's what I read.......I dont know what the process is for an RS. I don't know if that part happens later or what. Personally, I would be more comfortable waiting for something official from the company.
The information was provided by people that do things like steal user names to post fake reviews and create other assorted lies, fabrications and attempts at misdirection to generate negative shareholder sentiment.
It is the individual shareholders option to decide the validity or not.. My opinion is that I'm not buying anything that doesn't come from the company. Like any other DD...people have to decide for themselves if they think it's right or a crock.
