tsctime I am a business owner for 30yrs. kept my business a float thru 2 recessions and one almost depression. I custom manufacture and do repairs as well and my clients will tell you for sure I am never on time with my orders never. However my clients understand that to do a good job sometimes takes more time than anticipated as there is always unforeseen issues. People who don,t understand this are usually employees rather than business owners. People this is after all a company that has been producing a product for just over a year there will be blips but no call for your negative bullshit if you don't believe then do what you must you won,t be missed .
