OK here's a little information you may not have gleened from IGLOO. Any dealer can sell their dealership when they want at any price they choose to. They can either find a buyer on their own or SMS will help them find one. Either way SMS charges a fee to transfer ownership and yes I know what it is since I've read the dealership contract. The new dealer must also go to Nashville for orentation/training before they take over.
