There's not a response in the file. Kyle could have called. I don't know, nor do I care. There appears to be a difference of opinion between the FBAR and Sinclair about whether or not the project archaeologist is suppose to be on site at all times.
But DeBry can NOT simply fill in because Sinclair is elsewhere or under the weather. That's not an assumption, that's a fact based on Florida statutes. Mary made it clear what her thoughts were about Sinclair being on site at all times, as did Sinclair. Mary's comments below were a couple of days before DeBry emailed Roger about diving on the site.

Why don't you email Kyle. The FBAR made it clear they get tired of so many inquiries to their office. Kyle should keeps shareholders in the loop, not the FBAR.
And he should be truthful, which seems to be a HUGE problem for the Fat Bastard.
