I am hoping those NTGL shares are utilized as a weapon when NTEK chooses to go on the attack against the shorts. Those shares were based on our NTEK holdings as of February 6th and the short was large then but just imagine if a second dividend is declared and the shorts have to pony up based on both dividends. I love the fact that no reverse split has been announced and in the event you have not noticed we are running at 50% short lately which imo is indicative that there are no NTEK shares to be had and every time someone buys NTEK shares a wash trade of the same amount is processed by the MM's.
I would love to know who is holding this short position because it is obvious to me the share price is going to run if NTEK continues to keep the shorts in the dark as to the split. If you look at what was filed in Nevada it mentions the split but nothing specific was included. No ratio and no mention of it being either reverse or forward. Would love to see them do a forward even though the chances of that based on our share structure are remote although it could be done just take a look at SIRI's share structure, its authorized is roughly twice the size of ours. The good news is Ultraflix is growing rapidly adding thousands of new clients. Spin off Ultraflix into a fully reporting shell and I don't care what kind of split is done or what the ratio is! Go NTEK!!!
