UPDATED...Not sure on that one but great question. I know they want to do it quick. I thought he said they may want to do it before YE but I may have just thought that a couple quarters puts us mid-year.
Maybe that's the big news Thurgood referred to from roosty. Don't forget Levy said they may wave the pps requirement so no RS would be needed.

The upmost is not short term. Maybe towards the end in the year.
We think we will qualify assets and revenue wise after a couple of quarters consolidated.
The share price can be waived if we have a brokerage house behind.
